A free plan with all features. You can use Book Visit Now with up to ten active clients without a time limit. This gives you a way to test your actual appointment and client-management workflow before subscribing.
Apple-native scheduling. Use Book Visit Now on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with app data synced through iCloud. Its appointment and client records are maintained in the app; they are not simply entries in Apple Calendar or Apple Contacts. The app can also integrate with safely linked Apple Contacts.
Tools for everyday client visits. Schedule appointments across multiple providers and locations, update appointment statuses, manage client histories, record notes and purchases, and generate invoices. Scan completed paper intake forms directly into client profiles. Review your Zenoti agreement for contract end dates, notice requirements, and any data-export provisions before planning a switch. Request and verify exports of client information, appointment history, financial records, and other information you need to retain. Keep a secure copy of those records and confirm what can be imported or recreated in your new workflow before ending access to the existing system.
Book Visit Now can work with Apple Contacts, but importing contacts does not automatically recreate Zenoti appointment histories, memberships, payments, or other records inside the app. Plan separately for any historical information you need to preserve.
