Book Visit Now integrates seamlessly with the Apple apps you already use. When creating an appointment, you select a client directly from YOUR Apple Contacts, and the appointment is saved to your Apple Calendar. When enabled, you'll also receive familiar Apple notifications to keep you informed.
When you add a new client during the appointment scheduling process, their information is automatically added to your Apple Contacts.
Your information remains yours, even if you leave Book Visit Now. Should you ever decide to cancel your subscription, your appointments will remain in your Apple Calendar, and your client information will remain in Apple Contacts. You can also export your reports from Book Visit Now, allowing you to retain access to your business records.
Privacy-Conscious Business Management
Book Visit Now is designed around Apple devices and iCloud synchronization rather than a separate consumer marketplace or an advertising-driven client directory.
Your business records are maintained within the app, with supported data synchronized through your Apple iCloud account. Apple Contacts integration allows you to work with safely linked contacts without making Apple Contacts the sole storage location for your business records.
